1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and oogg ("oogg", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the oogg platform at oogg.app, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service provided by oogg. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with oogg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and oogg.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on oogg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. oogg strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 18. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of oogg is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of oogg or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from oogg or any other gambling platform pursuant to an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts may not be operated by agents or representatives.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

oogg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your oogg account. The following obligations apply to all registered players without exception:

• One account per player: You may hold only one registered account on oogg at any time. If you inadvertently open a second account, you must notify oogg support immediately. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for permanent suspension.
• Credential security: You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. oogg will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared or negligently disclosed your credentials.
• Accurate information: All information provided to oogg must be truthful and accurate. Any misrepresentation, including the use of a false name, false date of birth, or another person's payment method, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account funding: Funds deposited into your oogg account must originate from a payment method legitimately owned and controlled by you. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Notification of errors: If you become aware of any error in a game result, credited balance, or promotional award, you are obliged to notify oogg immediately. You must not exploit any technical error, and any winnings derived from an evident error may be voided.

oogg may impose additional verification steps, including enhanced due diligence, for accounts that display unusual activity patterns, large or frequent transactions, or inconsistencies between account information and payment method details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

oogg supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for the convenience of players across Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all payment transactions on the platform:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes. oogg does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Identity verification: oogg reserves the right to request full identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Players are strongly advised to complete verification proactively after registration to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• In cases where bonus funds have been received, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirement completion before the request is approved — see Section 5.
• oogg reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where suspicious activity, potential fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending internal review.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached, applied against the remaining balance.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

oogg offers a range of bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal request can be approved. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games on oogg contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. The contribution rate for each game category is listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from accounts automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless oogg explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to combine multiple bonuses without authorisation will result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Abuse prevention: oogg monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Where such patterns are identified, oogg reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings without prior notice.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is ৳2,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may be voided at oogg's discretion.

oogg's promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Any individual who, in oogg's reasonable assessment, is using the platform primarily for professional value extraction rather than entertainment may have their bonus eligibility restricted.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the oogg platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet.

Random Number Generation (RNG): All slot games and RNG-based table games use independently certified Random Number Generation systems to determine outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that every result is entirely random, independent of previous results, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party including oogg itself.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Money laundering: Using oogg as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games (particularly poker or live casino games) to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform mechanics without authorisation.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, erroneous odds, software bugs, or miscalculated bonuses. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are subject to voidance.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Using the oogg platform for any commercial purpose without prior written agreement, including operating an unlicensed betting intermediary service using oogg accounts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after using the deposited funds on the platform. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for any funds obtained.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oogg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from unavailability of the platform or individual games.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events outside oogg's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to circumstances beyond oogg's control.

oogg's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit oogg's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Amendments and Termination

Amendments: oogg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oogg will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of oogg following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Termination by oogg: oogg may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, fail to satisfy identity verification requirements, or if oogg is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation. In cases of termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation.

Voluntary closure: You may close your oogg account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed back to your registered payment method following identity verification. Account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations incurred prior to closure, including debts or pending investigations.

Governing principles: These Terms are drafted in plain English for the benefit of players in Bangladesh. oogg operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified games. Any disputes arising under these Terms should first be raised with oogg's support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and oogg in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
